| Lincoln Park Hospital offers acute inpatient hemodialysis as well as peritoneal dialysis. With numerous nephrologists on staff and outpatient dialysis services nearby, staff can provide care in the treatment of hypertension, kidney diseases, transplant nephrology, renal bone disease and interventional nephrology.
Dialysis at Lincoln Park Acute and Chronic Care will be provided by our Medical Staff of primary care physicians. There are nearby outpatient referral services through our Case Management and Social Service Team that can provide consultation for the treatment of Hypertension, Kidney Disease and Interventional Nephrology with our on-staff Nephrologists who have offices within Lincoln Park Hospital. |
