"Serving the Psychiatric Needs of the Community for over 20 Years"

The Lincoln Park Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults

The Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults is an outpatient mental health program that provides intensive group treatment available Monday through Friday for adults who suffer from psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral disorders. These patients might exhibit any of these symptoms: anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, agitation, disorientation, or failing memory. They might also exhibit symptoms of social isolation, confused thoughts, paranoia, irritability, change in eating or sleeping patterns, unresolved grief issues, delusions, or suicidal thoughts. Patients receive services in the least restrictive environment and are able to return to their living facilities which includes: nursing homes, half-way houses or private homes each evening. Our philosophy is to provide quality care that stresses the importance of dignity, respect, confidentiality and helping the individual to achieve an optimal level of functioning
