| Evaluation and Admission |
| Referrals may be made by physicians, social workers, nursing homes, retirement centers, mental health professionals, other concerned persons, or a person may refer himself/herself. Confidential evaluations are available by calling The Lincoln Park Hospital Central Intake Department at 773-883-3898. Each situation is carefully evaluated to recommend the most beneficial type of treatment. Admissions may also be coordinated through the Emergency Room Department at Lincoln Park Hospital. The determination of need for inpatient treatment will only be made by a licensed physician. The program is open to all adults. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance programs. |
