Plant Operations Director Oversees facility activities including engineering, biomedical engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building and grounds maintenance and construction/renovation.  This individual will also serve as the Hospital Safety Officer and will be responsible for developing and managing a proactive maintenance and repair program.

A BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a degree from a Trade School related to Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Current licensure as Stationary Engineer desirable. A minimum of 5 years experience in management of hospital plant operations including electrical, plumbing and mechanical trades required.  Strong working knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, Life Safety as well as applicable city, state and federal regulations and codes.

Maternal-Child Health Services Director Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and in compliance with the Nursing & Advanced Practicing Nurse Act, the Director of Maternal-Child Health Services will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of the Labor and Delivery, Nursery/NICU and Mother/Baby Units and oversee the delivery of optimum patient care. 

BSN required, MSN preferred; Current Illinois R.N. licensure; More than five years of clinical RN experience and management in Labor & Delivery; Level 2 Nursery, NICU,  and Mother-Baby; CPR Certification; NALS certified; Knowledge of care / treatment of OB-GYNE patients and other Maternal-Child health care services; Knowledge of JCAHO, IDPH and other regulatory bodied; Above average computer skills necessary to access patient databases, e-mail systems, etc.; Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Surgical Services Director Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, and in compliance with the Nursing & Advanced Practice Nursing Act, the Director of Surgical Services is responsible for directing the activities of the nursing unit and overseeing the delivery of patient care.  This critical position manages all surgical and ancillary services including the OR, PACU, Same Day Surgery, Pre-Admission Testing, Endoscopy, etc. and assumes 24 hour accountability for the unit(s). 

BSN required, MSN preferred; Current Illinois R.N. licensure; Minimum of five years clinical RN experience; Three years of current credible experience as a Manager or Director in surgery is required; Knowledge of JCAHO, IDPH, and other regulatory bodies; Average computer skills necessary to access patient databases, e-mail systems, etc.  It is critical that the candidate possess recent/current OR experience in direct care. Ideally, this individual will have some background across the continuum of surgery (PAT, intraoperative and PACU/Recovery) and be able to scrub/circulate.

Business Development		 Director Challenging opportunity for an experienced, highly-motivated marketing professional.  Responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for Lincoln Park Hospital and its strategic services/programs through the use of Public Relations, Marketing, Creative Services, Advertising, Strategic Relationships, Customer Relationship Management, Direct, Event, Internet Marketing, and Internal Communications. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions.

Five years experience coordinating marketing or communications functions and three years experience in staff management functions. Must have identifiable experience handling advertising functions and writing and implementing marketing plans. Minimum of five years' experience in Hospital marketing. 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related degree. Master’s degree in business administration or marketing ideal along with a proven track record in business development and marketing.

Information Services Director Seeking an individual with exceptional organizational and communications skills for the position of Director of Information Services. This position is responsible for the care and service of the corporation’s computer systems, equipment, software, and network connections. Eligible candidates must possess a degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience, as well as managing the core operations of the IS Department.  This position will plan, coordinate, direct, and design all infrastructure and core operational activities of the IS department; as well as provide direction and support for IS solutions that enhance mission-critical operations. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or at least 8 - 10 years professional and leadership experience in management of a technology department.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Servers: IBM, Windows, Linux, SQL, MS Exchange, VMWare.  Microsoft Environment using Active Directory.
Workstations and laptops: Mixture, primarily HP with some Dell products.
